At Pankhudi Fashion, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to make the order cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

• Once the order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

To cancel an order before dispatch:

1. Email us at info@pankhudifashion.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

2. Our team will review and confirm the cancellation via email or phone.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If you cancel your order before dispatch and payment has been made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

• Custom orders or items marked “Non-Cancellable” (if any) are not eligible for cancellation.

• Pankhudi Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order in case of unavailability of stock, invalid address, or other genuine issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
